York Does Vintage

Evening All!

Sorry that this post has taken me a couple of days to get up, I really wanted to do everyone justice. So I have created pages for each stall at York Does Vintage, that I took photos of. To access them, simply click on the name of the company under it's business card. Anyway, I will start by introducing Now and Then Events, who organised York Does Vintage...

Now and Then Events are holding several vintage fairs in York this year:
Sunday 15th April
Sunday 25th June
Sunday 14th October
Sunday 2nd December

Entrance to these events is £1.50 or less, and it's definitely worth that and more! Makeovers, live music and cream teas galore! Not to mention the 30+ stalls packed with vintage and hand made goodies. I really enjoyed the event, and it appears a lot of other people did too, even gone 4pm there was a queue at the door! It's all set in the beautiful Merchant Adventurers Hall off Fossgate, York, so next time, get yourself down there! For more information visit their Facebook Page!

And now onto the lovely stall holders....

Willacy Whimsys Vintage (Shambles) Curiositea Shop

Another stall I visited, but did not take photos of was Re-in Vint. The lovely ladies I was chatting to told me all about their fashion and vintage image consultancy services they offer. Currently they are running a special offer for graduates, advising you how to dress for those all important interviews. I think this would be great for people who are a little unsure or unconfident in their clothing, or who are wanting to try something new (or old!) like vintage! For more information please visit their website, you can also follow their Twitter.

So a lovely day was had by all, I would like to thank Alex & Sam for organising such a brilliant event!

Can't wait for the next one!
